<p>Submission guidelines</p>

<p>==============<br />We invite potential authors to submit an Extended Abstract in English covering all areas of robotics and intelligent machines, together with an optional video. The recommended length is 2 pages, but contributions of up to 4 pages will be accepted subject to an additional fee.</p>

<p>Contributions will be accepted that aim to present:</p>

<ul>

<li>Work in progress</li>

<li>New research ideas</li>

<li>Industrial case studies</li>

<li>Demonstrators and application reports</li>

<li>Position papers</li>

</ul>

<p>All submissions will undergo peer review coordinated by the Programme Committee.</p>

<p>Accepted Extended Abstracts will be presented as posters during the conference and will be included in the digital conference proceedings, together with any accompanying videos. They will be freely accessible (Open Access Gold), digitally indexed (DOI) and citable.<br /><br />The potential authors can submit the extended abstract through the following link: <a href="https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=irim3d2026" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer">https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=irim3d2026</a> <span>by the following deadline:</span></p>
