Dear colleagues,

We are pleased to announce the *Logo Design Contest for IROS 2027*, to 
be held in Florence, Italy (Sep. 27 - Oct. 01, 2027).

The theme of IROS 2027 is:
*“Human-Centric Robots for Sustainable Life.”*
This vision highlights:

  * The importance of human-centered, trustworthy, and collaborative
    robotics
  * The growing integration of robotics with AI, IoT, and digital
    transformation
  * The role of robotics in addressing sustainability challenges across
    industry, healthcare, mobility, environment, and everyday life

We invite students, researchers, professionals, and designers worldwide 
to contribute to the visual identity of the conference. The selected 
logo will represent these values and be used across all official IROS 
2027 communication materials.

*Key information:*

  * Open to individuals and teams
  * Up to 2 submissions per participant/team
  * Required formats: vector (AI, EPS, SVG) + high-resolution image
  * Include a short concept description (max 300 words)
  * Designs should align with IROS brand guidelines
  * Winner announcement: *July 31, 2026*

*Award:*

  * Official recognition as the IROS 2027 logo designer
  * Visibility across IROS channels
  * Free conference registration
  * Travel (economy class) and accommodation in Florence
