In addition, since 2020, IEEE/ASME Transactions on Mechatronics (TMECH) and the AIM Conference have been collaborating on joint submissions.

The 7th edition of the Focused Section on TMECH/AIM Emerging Topics is currently open for submissions, with a deadline of December 29, 2025.

Accepted papers will be presented at the AIM 2026 and published in the August 2026 issue of TMECH.
