[I-RIM ML] Call for Papers: Symposium on Autonomous Systems (ASYS) at COMPSAC 2025

We are pleased to invite you to contribute to the Symposium on Autonomous Systems (ASYS - https://es.sonicurlprotection-fra.com/click?PV=2&MSGID=202501141844510284465&URLID=15&ESV=10.0.28.7941&IV=F22122F69428BD022D46AF80C4624E1A&TT=1736880292685&ESN=27ZtkvDmedlqurSn%2FQsnOdnUXkkPTlRz5BjTnOPGGBA%3D&KV=1536961729280&B64_ENCODED_URL=aHR0cHM6Ly9pZWVlY29tcHNhYy5jb21wdXRlci5vcmcvMjAyNS9hc3lzLw&HK=3E88D4B273C117C2E73DB189D1E99ACA6F611473EB231310FFE42155ECDB0887) that will be held during the 49th IEEE COMPSAC International Conference on Computers, Software, and Applications (COMPSAC 2025), to be held in Toronto, Canada on July 8-11, 2025, a global forum to explore intelligent systems’ latest breakthroughs and applications across diverse domains. 

 

The ASYS symposium is a forum for discussion of ideas and results in a wide spectrum of topics related to autonomy in technical systems covering theory, design, implementation, application and analysis of autonomous systems. Autonomous behavior is defined as an ability to act without direct supervision from outside entities (humans or other devices). Such a behavior, recently implemented in many practically utilized systems such as autonomous vehicles, autonomous software agents, autonomous robots and others, is becoming prominent for the next generation engineering systems.  In this symposium we foresee highly fruitful and constructive discussions involving top-level experts both from academia and industry about the current state and future perspectives of autonomous systems.

 

Key dates

Full papers due: January 31st, 2025 – Will be extended by 2 to 4 weeks

Paper notification April 7th, 2025

Camera ready copy: June 1st, 2025
