the in-person component located at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), in Pasadena, 
California. IEEE TELEPRESENCE 2024 will feature keynote and invited speakers, technical 
presentations, and demonstrations to enrich fruitful discussions, as well as host a Telepresence 
Competition on November 15, 2024.

At this moment, we are calling for submissions of short papers (up to 4 pages) and technical 
abstracts (up to 2 pages) for late-breaking research or industrial research outcomes and/or 
demonstrations. Note that accepted short papers will appear on IEEE Xplore, while research/industry 
abstracts will appear in the conference proceedings, but not on IEEE Xplore.

Decisions Announcements: August 26, 2024

Final Camera-Ready Paper/Submission Deadline: September 9, 2024

Early-Bird Registration (required for camera-ready submission): September 9 7, 2024
