to appoint two highly-motivated PhD students who will be involved in
research and development activities within the Next Generation EU RAISE
(Robotics and AI for Socio-economic Empowerment) project. 

The activities will follow two main themes:

1.       designing and developing compliant, soft mechatronic devices to be
applied in various environmental sustainability contexts such as
hydrogeological risks prevention, damage mitigation, ecosystem restoration
and pollutants removal;

2.       developing solutions to improve the engagement and interaction
among abled and impaired individuals within the urban context with robotic
systems and devices to stimulate and support ludic activities.

 

The positions are fully funded by scholarships granted through the IMEG
Ph.D. Course in Mechanical, Energy and Management Engineering
