Dear CENTRIS Community Members,

Thank you joining CENTRIS project. You received this email because your 
institution is a partner of CENTRIS and your name has been listed as a 
partner on the EU Portal. Before the proposal submission, we need to 
fill the information of all partners on the EU Portal. Thus, please:

  * Send us your partner descriptoin to *ict48 at msrm.tum.de
    <mailto:ict48 at msrm.tum.de>* by *Monday 11p.m.* the latest. Your
    institutions _main contact _is the responsible person for filling
    the attached partner description form and sending it back. We
    strongly recommend contact persons to get in touch with the main
    contact of their institution and follow up on this task to make sure
    this form is filled and sent to *ict48 at msrm.tum.de
    <mailto:ict48 at msrm.tum.de>.*
  * Please note that we need only one description from each institution,
    and unfortunately we will need to remove the institutions that do
    not provide the requested information by the deadline. For your
    convenience, there is a sample attached to this email. It might help
    to fill in the template (please note not obviously not all PIs from
    TUM are included in this sample yet, we are on it ourselves as well,..).
  * If you are registered for a proposal on the EU Funding and Tenders
    portal the LEAR (Legal Entity Appointed Representative) at your
    institution gets a notification. Please reach out to her/him if you
    are not sure how your institution handles the registration process.
  * Please make sure you fill in the requested form in the portal. We
    can’t submit the proposal if your information is incomplete.
