Here are the instructions for remote participation in your workshop and for streaming your workshop.

In each physical room of the workshops, you will find a computer connected to the Internet and to a beamer.
This computer will be used for presenting and for streaming.

This year, we are going to use the “Breakout Rooms” functionality of Zoom, which creates a separate virtual room for each group of participants in a Zoom call.
We created a single Zoom call on the I-RIM's pro account for remote participation.

Please connect to this Zoom link to participate in the remote call:

You can also use your laptop to connect as a participant to the above Zoom link and share your slides from your device.

We created a breakout room for each workshop.


In order to connect to the virtual room of your workshop:

1. Click on the «Breakout Rooms» button on the Zoom menu

2. Search for the number of your workshop (e.g., WS #xyz - day - time)

3. Click on the blu button «Join», on the right of your workshop’s details

4. Enjoy the workshop!


If you wish to move to another workshop… you can leave that breakout room and join another workshop by iterating  Step. 2 and Step 3.
